What Exactly Is Efflorescence?
Efflorescence typically occurs during the initial cure of a fresh concrete wall or plasterwork. As leftover water evaporates, it leaves the salt behind, which forms a white, fluffy deposit which is more of an aesthetic concern than anything else.
